Equipped with over 100 embroidery heads, including top-of-the-line Tajima machines, we use only the finest Madeira and Robison-Anton threads to ensure exceptional results. Thread sample cards are available upon request. At the Embroidery Factory, you can choose from a range of customization of up to 15 color options for your projects. These also includes 3-D Puff embroidery, personalized designs, woven labels, sew-on patches, and Appliqué.

Our custom embroidery services extend beyond logos, encompassing personalized company uniforms, promotional products, and employee gifts. We have the capability to embroider names for identification purposes on corporate uniform apparel as well as sports team jackets, hoods, backpacks, equipment bags, and coaching gear.

• We always start by reviewing your artwork to make sure that it will work well with the embroidery service you have chosen.
• Next, your design will be translated into a digital sewing pattern.
• Before applying any embroidery to your actual items, we will do a digital proof and/or, if requested, a sample sew-out to confirm that everything is perfect.
• Your design is embroidered onto each secured piece by our top-of-the-line, automated embroidery machines.
• All embroidered shirts are steamed, trimmed, and long folded as part of the production process at no added cost.
