What is the standard turnaround time?
The standard turnaround time for your order is approximately 7-10 business days from the time your quote is approved and payment is received.

Do you offer rush options?
If you need your items sooner than the standard turnaround time, I offer expedited delivery options with the same guarantees as any regular order from Embroidery Factory. The following rush delivery options are available:

  • 5 business days turnaround: +30%
  • 3 business days turnaround: +50%
  • 1-2 business days turnaround: +100%

Please note that rush order availability is limited, and rush orders must be approved by Embroidery Factory. The rush fee applies only to production time, not shipping. Once shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping times are additional to turnaround times, and I have no control over delays from UPS or other carriers.

We do not offer same-day printing services.

Why this policy?
At Embroidery Factory, our production schedule is typically running at over 90% capacity year-round. As a result, fulfilling rush orders often requires overtime work from our skilled production team. The rush fee helps cover the expense of overtime pay, but it is not a “pay to jump the line” fee.

What are my shipping options?
Orders requiring shipping will be sent via UPS Ground, unless you request or arrange a different shipping method. Please factor in additional shipping time when placing time-sensitive orders. You can also choose to ship via your UPS account, subject to a $5 handling fee for third-party shipments. Orders shipped through free freight programs from distributors may qualify for waived third-party shipping fees.

For local clients, free order pickup is available at my headquarters in [Location]. You will not incur shipping charges if you choose this option.
Please note: Production time does not include shipping time and is dependent on timely mock approval from you.

How can I check on the status of my order?
You will receive email and text notifications when your order enters production and when it ships (or is ready for pickup). Due to the volume of orders, I cannot provide exact updates on the completion time. If you’re picking up your order, please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” notification before visiting my warehouse. Please refrain from requesting updates as they will not be responded to.

What can affect/delay turnaround times?
Several factors may extend your order’s turnaround time, including:

  • Missing essential information on the original purchase order
  • Missing project materials (e.g., hang tags, carton labels)
  • Additional finishing services (e.g., folding, tagging, stickering)
  • Delayed approval of pre-production samples (PPS)
  • Special print processes (e.g., CMYK, foil, simulated process)
  • Delayed approval of the order confirmation (quote)
  • Late payment or billing holds
  • Missing or incorrectly received blank garments
  • Failure to clear an order hold promptly
  • Individually bagged garments if not indicated on the PO

When will my order go into production?
Your order will begin once I have received your approved order confirmation, blank garments, and full payment. All necessary conditions must be met for the turnaround time to begin.

How will my order be shipped?
Non-rush orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, and you will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. Expedited UPS shipping options, such as Next-Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select, may be available upon request.
